Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Development:

Technical Leadership:

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools. o Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

 

Certifications (Preferred):

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II. o Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect.

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce (and good to know Veeva CRM) to drive complex CRM transformation programs.
  • This role requires a hands-on technology leader with strong architecture, delivery, and client-facing experience, particularly in global enterprise environments.
  • The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with technical execution, enabling scalable, high-impact CRM solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM Solution Architecture for large-scale Salesforce and Veeva CRM implementations, ensuring alignment with client business goals and technical ecosystems.
  • Lead technical discovery, blueprinting, and end-to-end architecture design, covering core CRM, data integrations, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to shape client proposals, respond to RFPs, and define high-impact technical solutions.
  • Serve as the technical advisor to CxOs and senior stakeholders, articulating solution value, architecture direction, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Oversee implementation governance, including design reviews, technical delivery oversight, and issue resolution during execution phases.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce and Veeva platform innovations, product roadmap, and best practices to guide platform strategy and differentiation.
  • Partner with industry vertical teams (especially Pharma and Life Sciences) to align CRM solutions with domain-specific needs.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams in Salesforce best practices, integration architecture, DevOps, and enterprise deployment.
  • What You Bring 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 8+ years focused on Salesforce architecture and delivery; Veeva CRM experience a strong plus.
  • Proven expertise in designing and leading large CRM programs ($5M+ scale), preferably for global clients in regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and related technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, Analytics).
  • Experience with system integration, data architecture, security, and compliance in cloud CRM environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage CxO-level stakeholders with strong executive presence and technical influence.
  • Understanding of pharma/life sciences industry challenges in commercial operations and regulatory frameworks (preferred).
  • Familiarity with proposal development, technical estimations, and pricing inputs during sales cycles. Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
