Role:  Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) developer  

Location: Atlanta, GA 30328 hybrid work.

Max cost: $50/hr on C2C

Visa: USC, GC

 

Description- 

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience working in IT application development, configurations, unit testing on Pega Platform.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Pega decisioning/NBA/Marketing and preferable experience in the telecommunication industry.
• Act as a primary point of contact with clients to discuss decisioning requirements.
• Solution, architect, and design complex decisioning requirements keeping big picture in mind, meeting or exceeding best practices.
• Understand current, future client needs and develop roadmap keeping complexity, feasibility, business value of features/functionality.
• Designing, build and test decision logic rules.
• Proficiency in PEGA, Decisioning, REST integration, job schedulers, queue processors, Kafka, and Agile methodologies.
• Working experience on Data flow, Data set, Strategy components, Adaptive and Predictive models.
• Demonstrated strong experience in pega customer decision Hub and how components such as proposition management, predictive analytics, and interaction History are used to create next best action decision strategies.
• Experience in implementing PEGA marketing solutions, focusing on outbound, inbound, and real-time interactions.
• Work with onshore/offshore team members on requirement build and testing. mentoring junior team members.
• Experience in debugging the technical issues using tracer, clipboard and other dev tools.
• Knowledge of relational databases(SQL server, Oracle sql developer).
• Experience on Splunk, Jenkins, NewRelic and PDC.
