Required Skills:

 

·       2016 SAP MM and PM.

·       less WM experience - no training experience.

·       Master Data lead experience.

 

Summary:

 

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support services and assist with business initiatives for all aspects of SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on the SAP MM module with Inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting the business in making informed decisions by presenting relevant SAP S/4HANA solution alternatives for key challenges and evaluating the business and system impact of proposed changes.
• Key Areas of responsibility include: SAP Procurement, Good Movement, Inventory Management, help with Inventory load as part of the Project.
• Liaise confidently and assertively with business users and management.
• Create and maintain test scripts for functional and integration testing.
• Coordinate Testing and create test scripts, Unit Testing, SIT (System Integration Testing), (User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track defect resolution.
• Develop documentation that effectively supports training and change management activities.
• Undertake additional assignments as requested by management.
  
  

Requirements:

 

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily execute each essential duty. The requirements for this position are listed below:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related area, engineering, information systems, or equivalent related experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting integrated software systems, including SAP MM and PM, with configuration experience.
• Excellent business process analysis and redesign experience, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly identify and recommend solutions to problems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Plant Maintenance business processes, including configuration and functional specification design.
• Experience partnering with management and staff in a team-based environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple tasks, with flexibility to manage competing demands and changing priorities.
• Extensive business and systems analysis skills to support applications development.
• A solid understanding of operational processes within a company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Must be customer-service oriented and adaptable to ongoing changes.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA both from technical and functional perspective.
• Oil and Gas industry experience. 
  
  

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:

• Typically, normal office working conditions.
• Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
