1.                   DTP (Direct-to-Patient): 

o        This program is a specialized distribution model where medications are shipped directly from Online Pharmacies to patient's home. Also, allowing patients with no insurance or zero coverage to get the medications at a discounted out of pocket cost. 

2.                   Brand Affiliations: 

o        This project provides the complex mapping of relationships between HCPs, HCOs and specific brands they interact with. The goal was to provide a "single source of truth" to ensure that when a Sales Rep or Marketing campaign targets an HCP, they know their professional environment and prescribing strength. 

3.                   Patient Data Stewardship:

o        The goal for the project was to onboard anonymized patient level data from multiple SPs (Specialty Pharmacies) to ensure it is accurate, compliant and ethically used to drive commercial insights.

4.                   HCP 360:

o        This was one of the Data Products. It is a comprehensive, data-driven strategy to  provide 360 or "all-around" view of a physician. It integrates fragmented data points from various subject areas - Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, into a single, unified profile.

5.                   PMR (Primary Market Research): 

o        The goal was too onboard PMR datasets into Dala Lake Platform and create a data product that would provide insights to the end user and allowing the end user to submit the query in the natural processing language to gain insights.
