We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Informatica MDM & Data Quality Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale master data and data quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Informatica ecosystem and a strong background in establishing master and reference data frameworks for large organizations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring data integrity, governance, and consistency across systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica tools.

Implement and manage data quality rules, profiling, and cleansing processes using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).

Establish and govern enterprise master data and reference data standards.

Work with cross-functional teams to define data governance strategies and ensure compliance.

Develop and optimize ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and IDMC.

Integrate and manage data across systems using tools like Customer360, Supplier360, and Entity360.

Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to support large-scale data initiatives.

Work with Snowflake for handling and processing enterprise-scale datasets (preferred).

Develop automation scripts and API integrations using Python where applicable.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms.
Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with Informatica tools, including:
PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, and Entity360.

10+ years of experience establishing Master Data and Reference Data frameworks in large organizations.

10+ years of hands-on experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of experience working with Snowflake and enterprise-scale data environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Master’s degree or additional relevant experience is a plus.

Experience in healthcare or public health domains.

Prior experience working with state agencies or government organizations.

Experience with Python for automation and API integrations.
