Responsibilities
- Define
and document advertising performance frameworks, benchmarks, and KPIs for
TV advertising environments
- Establish
clear standards for measuring, interpreting, and communicating advertising
success internally
- Evaluate
current advertising performance capabilities and identify gaps relative to
market norms
- Support
the development of consistent and defensible advertising metrics
- Translate
advertiser and industry expectations into actionable product and technical
requirements
- Partner
cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams
- Collaborate
with legal, communications, and business stakeholders to align on
advertising standards and performance narratives
Strategic Guidance
Provide direction to Product and Engineering teams on:
- Advertising
functionality and capabilities
- Measurement
approaches and reporting structures
- Alignment
with industry expectations and ad tech standards
Requirements
- Experience
in advertising strategy, ad performance, measurement, or related roles
- Strong
understanding of TV, digital video, CTV, or ad-supported media platforms
- Demonstrated
knowledge of how brand advertisers evaluate reach, exposure, quality, and
effectiveness
- Ability
to work independently and provide strategic direction in evolving or
ambiguous environments
- Experience
collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams on advertising or
measurement initiatives
- Strong
communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and
non-technical stakeholders
