Rate: $55/hr. (C2C) Max

Responsibilities

  • Define and document advertising performance frameworks, benchmarks, and KPIs for TV advertising environments
  • Establish clear standards for measuring, interpreting, and communicating advertising success internally
  • Evaluate current advertising performance capabilities and identify gaps relative to market norms
  • Support the development of consistent and defensible advertising metrics
  • Translate advertiser and industry expectations into actionable product and technical requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams
  • Collaborate with legal, communications, and business stakeholders to align on advertising standards and performance narratives

 

Strategic Guidance

Provide direction to Product and Engineering teams on:

  • Advertising functionality and capabilities
  • Measurement approaches and reporting structures
  • Alignment with industry expectations and ad tech standards

 

Requirements

  • Experience in advertising strategy, ad performance, measurement, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of TV, digital video, CTV, or ad-supported media platforms
  • Demonstrated knowledge of how brand advertisers evaluate reach, exposure, quality, and effectiveness
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction in evolving or ambiguous environments
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams on advertising or measurement initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
