Position Overview
We need an experienced SAP OTC (Sales & Distribution) Consultant to design, configure, and support enterprise sales workflows. You will handle core configurations, resolve advanced support issues, and bridge business requirements with technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure core SAP SD (Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Order Management).
· Design end-to-end OTC processes, third-party sales, and intercompany workflows.
· Write detailed functional specifications (FSDs) for custom ABAP developments.
· Manage integrations with SAP MM, FI, and external EDI/IDoc systems.
· Lead system testing (SIT/UAT) and resolve complex production support tickets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 8–10 years of functional experience in SAP SD/OTC modules.
· Proven hands-on experience or certification in SAP S/4HANA.
· Deep knowledge of pricing procedures, credit management, and IDoc monitoring.
· Strong communication skills for collaborating with global business teams.
