We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in Boston, MA. This is a 1-year contract position.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems, with a focus on policy administration, eCommerce, billing, claims, and financial applications.
Your expertise will be valuable in leveraging various data sources and tools, including LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, and CLUE. You will also work with web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, and utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking and implementation.
This role requires a strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data formats such as XML, JSON, and HTML. You will be proficient in SQL and have experience with tools like Postman, REST API, and SOAP UI for testing and integration. Experience with object modeling, entity-relationship modeling, and state-transition diagramming is also essential.
We are looking for someone with a solid background in digital capabilities and web applications, particularly within the insurance or financial services domain. Experience with MS SQL is a plus.
