🔍 Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled AWS Python Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and deploying serverless business logic using Python and AWS Lambda for a client based in Plano, TX.
🔴 Must Have — Non-Negotiable
✅ Strong Python — production-grade application/backend development (not scripting or data science only) ✅ AWS Lambda — hands-on writing & deploying Lambda functions in production ✅ Business Logic Development — built APIs, workflows, or processing engines in Python ✅ AWS Core Services — hands-on with S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS (minimum 3–4 services) ✅ Serverless & Event-Driven Architecture — understands serverless design patterns ✅ REST API Development — designed and consumed APIs in production environments
⭐ Good to Have
🔹 FastAPI, Flask, or Django — Python API frameworks 🔹 Step Functions — workflow orchestration 🔹 Terraform / CloudFormation — IaC experience 🔹 Docker / Kubernetes / ECS — containerization 🔹 CI/CD — CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins 🔹 AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification
