Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bench Sales Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and placement of IT consultants on a bench, maintaining and building client accounts, and ensuring successful placement in contractual roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews with clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also communicate effectively to align expectations and provide exceptional recruitment solutions.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes
Experience in Hiring and strong capability in Account Management
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build and nurture client relationships
Strong negotiation and time management skills
Experience in the IT industry or familiarity with IT-related job roles is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Proven track record of meeting targets in a results-driven work environment
