Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Vistex Rights & Royalties Management for an Onsite C2C/Contract opportunity in Culver City, CA. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of SAP functional experience with strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Vistex Rights & Royalties Management.
The consultant will play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide Rights & Royalties transformation initiatives, driving solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support while partnering closely with business stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical resources.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Vistex Functional Consulting
- Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Vistex Rights & Royalties Management.
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Vistex Rights & Royalties solutions within SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Vistex solutions.
- Recommend best practices to optimize rights management, licensing, royalty processing, and settlement operations.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end functional activities including:
- Solution Design
- Configuration
- Functional Specifications
- Testing
- Deployment
- Hypercare
- Post-Go-Live Support
- Configure SAP Vistex Rights & Royalties functionality based on business requirements.
- Support enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA.
Business Process Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline:
- Rights Management
- Licensing
- Royalty Management
- Contract Administration
- Settlement Processing
- Identify process improvements and recommend optimized SAP solutions.
- Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business users.
Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- SAP Functional Teams
- Technical Development Teams

- Implementation Partners
- Business Process Owners
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP Vistex and SAP S/4HANA modules.
- Support end-to-end business process integration across enterprise applications.
Testing & Validation
- Support:
- Functional Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Regression Testing
- Validate business processes and system functionality.
- Coordinate issue resolution during testing and deployment phases.
Production Support & Hypercare
- Provide post-go-live support and stabilization.
- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Resolve production support incidents related to Rights & Royalties processes.
- Support cutover planning and production deployments.
Data Validation & Migration
- Support data migration and validation activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of Rights & Royalties master and transactional data.
- Assist with reconciliation and production data verification.
Knowledge Transfer & Leadership
- Mentor offshore support teams and junior consultants.
- Develop best practices for long-term application support.
- Support transition from project implementation to Application Managed Services (AMS).
- Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Vistex Rights & Royalties Management.
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with Finance, Sales, and Procurement modules.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Familiarity with SAP Application Managed Services (AMS).
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
