In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing our SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments. You'll leverage your expertise in content management, metadata, and workflows to optimize document management and ensure robust security and user access.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading SharePoint design, site design, and library design.
- Developing and implementing content types, permissions, and security strategies.
- Overseeing SharePoint migration activities, including planning and execution.
- Utilizing tools like Power Automate, ShareGate, and AvePoint for migration and automation.
- Ensuring effective records management and retention through Microsoft Purview, retention labels, and information protection.
- Managing the full lifecycle of projects, from testing and UAT to go-live, hypercare, and user training/adoption.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and communicating effectively to drive successful outcomes.
