Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to support manufacturing operations by ensuring optimal performance of production equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial production and automation equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (24VDC to 480VAC, 3-phase)
• Maintain and repair PLC-controlled systems, robotics, and conveyors
• Conduct corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose issues using schematics and technical drawings
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of PM activities
• Log maintenance activities and generate detailed reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance
• Strong expertise in electrical systems, PLCs, and hydraulics
• Hands-on experience with robotics, conveyors, and automation systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance processes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working at heights
• Must follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
