Role : Quality Management System (QMS) Services

Location: San Diego, CA Onsite
Duration: 6 months
 
 ·  Experience with Veeva Vault QMS and ComplianceWire systems.

·  Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills.

·  Ability to create BRDs and functional requirement documentation.

·  Hands-on experience in UAT and business testing cycles.

·  Experience managing defect tracking and issue resolution.

·  Knowledge of data migration validation and archival readiness processes.

·  Expertise in IQ/OQ/PQ validation documentation and execution.

·  Strong understanding of GMP/GxP compliance standards.

·  Experience performing risk assessments and data integrity validation.

·  Ability to coordinate across equipment, business, and system integration teams.

·  Experience defining data handling and interface strategies.

·  Knowledge of QMS integration and system dependency management.

·  Experience preparing validation and compliance documentation.

·  Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

·  Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or regulated industry environments.
