Role Overview
We are seeking 3 experienced Oracle EPBCS Functional Consultants to support a major planning and budgeting initiative for a Midwest-based client. The consultants will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to support configuration, enhancements, planning processes, and ongoing functional improvements within the Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) environment.

The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and EPBCS functional configuration, along with the ability to support business users and optimize planning workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance Oracle EPBCS planning and budgeting solutions.
Work with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
Configure and support planning forms, business rules, dashboards, workflows, and calculations.
Support forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and financial reporting processes.
Perform functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve planning, calculation, and system-related issues.
Support monthly and quarterly financial planning cycles.
Collaborate with technical teams on data integrations and system enhancements.
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and user support.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Oracle EPBCS / Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud.
Strong functional understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Experience configuring business rules, data forms, planning templates, and calculation logic.
Experience supporting financial planning and budgeting operations in enterprise environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote client-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PBCS/Hyperion Planning environments.
Exposure to Groovy scripting or EPBCS automation.
Experience with financial consolidations and reporting integrations.
Prior experience supporting large enterprise planning implementations.
