Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
⭐ Preferred:
Experience in Legacy System to Salesforce Migration projects
Salesforce implementation and transformation project experience
