Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer
with AI expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong
hands-on experience in both ServiceNow Frontend and Backend Development,
along with expertise in Angular and Java technologies. The
candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and implementing
enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-driven capabilities
to enhance automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of
ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, along with relevant
certifications and experience building scalable integrations and custom
applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize
ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow
applications using ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, and Scoped Applications.
- Build and enhance ServiceNow user interfaces
using Service Portal, Employee Center, UI Builder, Angular, HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.
- Develop backend solutions using Business Rules,
Script Includes, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and
server-side scripting.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions within
ServiceNow, including:
- Virtual
Agent
- Predictive
Intelligence
- AI
Search
- Generative
AI capabilities
- Workflow
automation and intelligent process optimization
- Develop and maintain integrations between
ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and
Java-based integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts,
and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
- Participate in platform upgrades, performance
tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
- Implement best practices for ServiceNow
development, governance, security, and compliance.
- Support ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations and
enhancements.
- Create technical documentation, solution
designs, and deployment procedures.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical
leadership on ServiceNow initiatives.
Experience
- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
experience.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise
ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong experience implementing AI-driven
solutions and automation within ServiceNow.
Required Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow ITSM Certification.
- ServiceNow ITOM Certification.
- ServiceNow ITAM Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
Certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS,
Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and
microservices-based integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills.
