Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant / Architect
Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid Role)

Duration: Long Term

 

Job Description:

• 5+ years as ERP/Solution Functional Architect.
• 8+ years Oracle ERP experience (Cloud + EBS).
• 5+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
• 10+ years in full-cycle Oracle SCM implementations.
• Strong expertise in finance & project accounting processes.
• Experience in fit-gap analysis, solution design, and governance.
• Ability to lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Hands-on experience with functional specs and solution validation.

• Lead functional solution architecture for Oracle ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, AHCS, Projects).
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and define future-state finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Design chart of accounts, enterprise structures, and financial data models.
• Review and govern FDDs, process flows, and end-to-end designs.
• Act as primary liaison between finance stakeholders and IT teams.
• Define integration requirements and collaborate on OIC-based solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment from a functional standpoint.
