Experience : Min 3-5 years (US Staffing)
Location : Hyderabad
Qualification : Any graduate
Job Description:
1. Business Development Manager /Client Services
2. Identify and signup new vendors and clients to ePromptus
3. Gather the Requirements and work with recruitment team to submit resumes
4. Work with Primary contacts and clients
5. Manage existing clients
6. Responsible and Accountable for targeted revenue generation
7. Lead a team of recruiters
8. Status reporting to Management
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of US IT staffing experience.
· Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
· Is team-oriented and has strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Is deadline driven and has a sense of urgency.
· Is extremely organized and able to self-manage and be self-disciplined.
· Has the ability to strategize and "think outside of the box"
· Strong technical knowledge
· Excellent knowledge of Job.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
