FPDS Atom Feed

Did something change with the FPDS Atom feed after changes on 7/21/2018?

When I query https://www.fpds.gov/ezsearch/FEEDS/ATOM?FEEDNAME=PUBLIC&q=LAST_MOD_DATE:[2018/07/17,2018/07/18]%20SIGNED_DATE:[2004/10/01,2018/07/22]&start=0

I get duplicate records no matter what the start value.

For example, do multiple of the above with different start values and search for PIID FA700015D0006 and I am sure you will see multiple of the same contract.

Please advise.
