Location             : DOWNTOWN CHICAGO , IL HYBRID CONTRACT POSITION (AT THE MOMENT: 1 DAY A WEEK ONSITE IN DOWNTOWN CHICAGO)

Duration             : 6+ Month

JAVA 11 OR HIGHER

 

AT LEAST 3 MS TEAMS INTERVIEWS WITH CODING!

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Position requires a four-year degree from an accredited college or university.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Electrical engineering or related field is required!

·        Minimum 15+ years of Java Development experience

 

TOP CANDIDATES WILL ALSO HAVE:

 

Looking for Top notch/Expert Sr. Backend Java Developer. Hybrid in Chicago, direct client, immediate start.

Requirements:

·        Java 11 or higher version

·        Experience developing apps using SQL and NoSQL databases

·        Application architectural patterns such as MVC, Microservices, Event-Driven

·        TDD and BDD development

·        Deployment using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GoCD, Azure DevOps, etc.

·        Deploying and maintaining software using public clouds such as AWS or Azure.

·        Experience working with MQs/Msg. Brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, Apache ActiveMQ, Kinesis - at least one of those!

·        Batch or stream processing

·        Experience designing well-defined Restful APIs

·        Experience writing API proxies on platforms such as Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway or Azure API Gateway (at least one of those!)

·        Hands one experience with API tools such as Swagger or Assertible

·        Hands on experience with testing tools such as Selenium or Cucumber

 

IMPORTANT!!!

·        Must demonstrate solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals like data structures and algorithms.
