We are looking for an early‑career Technical Program Manager with a strong hands‑on Python development background to drive system‑level execution across firmware, OS, validation, and AI productivity initiatives. This role emphasizes automation, data‑driven program management, and cross‑functional delivery within firmware/BSP‑enabled systems.
Must‑Have Skills
- Strong hands‑on Python developer background with proven coding expertise
- Experience building tools, scripts, automation frameworks, or data pipelines
- Comfortable writing, reviewing, and debugging production‑quality code
- Career transition from Python developer to TPM
- Started as a developer or automation engineer and moved into a Technical Program Manager role
- Maintains a builder mindset while driving program execution
- Hands‑on experience with automation, validation workflows, CI/CD, or data analysis
- Technical program management experience owning planning, execution, and delivery of engineering programs
- Working knowledge of firmware, BSP‑dependent systems, device drivers, or OS integration
- Experience tracking and managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and release readiness
- Ability to translate deep technical details into clear program plans, metrics, and status updates
- Strong cross‑functional communication with firmware, OS, validation, and partner engineering teams
