Role: Business Analyst Senior (Health IT / HIE Integration)
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid – Local Only)
Client: State of North Carolina – DHHS
Experience: 12+ required 
Interview: In Person

Required Skills:
Experience in Health IT / provider engagement
Strong knowledge of HIE, EHR/EMR systems
Experience with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:
Support provider onboarding, integration, and training
Act as liaison between providers, vendors, and internal teams
Optimize CRM systems and improve data tracking/reporting
Ensure data quality and maintain engagement records
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

Preferred:
Experience with healthcare integration projects
Experience with CRM optimization and data governance
