Description:

The Lead Application / Enterprise Architect is responsible for the overall design and governance of cross‑functional, multi‑platform, and web‑based application systems. This role oversees end‑to‑end application system processes and ensures alignment between enterprise business objectives and technology solutions.

The role involves developing robust application architectures and blueprints that reflect enterprise business logic, scalability, security, and performance standards. The architect defines application components, platforms, interfaces, and development tools, and provides technical direction across delivery teams.

The incumbent will lead technology mapping activities across specific platforms, evaluate risks, and ensure architectural compliance with enterprise frameworks and best practices. Close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership is required to deliver innovative, competitive, and customer‑centric solutions.

 

1. Enterprise & Application Architecture

• Strong experience in designing enterprise‑scale application architectures
• Expertise in defining application components, platforms, interfaces, and integration patterns
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards

 

2. Technical & Solution Leadership

• Deep technical knowledge across modern application platforms and tools
• Ability to design customer‑focused, scalable, and high‑performance solutions
• Experience directing cross‑functional teams and providing technical governance

 

3. Risk Assessment & Innovation (Machine Learning Focus)

• Proven ability to assess technical and architectural risks early in the design phase
• Experience leveraging Machine Learning to build competitive and intelligent solutions
• Strong analytical skills to align emerging technologies with business strategy
