JD:

·        Design and implement voice-based conversational AI solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.

·        Develop POC solutions integrating Voice AI platforms such as Amazon Nova Sonic or similar technologies.

·        Integrate voice bot with backend services using AWS Lambda and APIs

·        Build speech-enabled customer interaction flows including IVR automation and intelligent call routing

·        Exposure to Amazon Nova Sonic or similar speech AI platforms
