Need to contract out

I've got some Ruby web work that I need to contract out. I've got a site
in Merb and one in Rails with a couple others on the near horizon. I
need someone who's organized with their code and willing to write tests.
None of the code base is particularly ugly. If you have any other skills
it's a bonus but not required. I want someone who feels that their work
is worth at least $50/hour. I'm not looking for a "rockstar", but I do
need someone who cares about getting a job done and getting it done well.

About me: I'm starting to find out that I do better as an organizer than
strictly as a coder. I've been coding in Ruby for a few years now and
can get around in just about anything that I need to. I do my best to
make the project requirements clear to reduce headaches for everyone
involved. I don't go with clients that are unreasonably demanding so
that I don't have to be that way with those that I work with (or myself
for that matter!) :)
