Dear all,

 

First of all, I would like to express my deepest gradtitude and appreciation to all of you who have been sweating tears and blood in making this event a huge sucess. This event would not have been successful if without the support and cooperation from all.

 

We have come to the verge of the event. Nevertheless, similar to every events, we need to have a review of the whole event in order to make this event more established as well as more recognised.

 

Therefore I proposed to have a post mortem session of this event on the 23/08/11 in V4 meeting from 9pm.

Since this is a post mortem, I would request all to attend because all your opinions and suggestions would be taken into account into making this event to a better and more established event in the coming semester.

 

Please let me know on your attendance. Those who do not reply, I will consider that you are available to attend.

(P/S: Head of Department are responsible in informing all your committees about this post mortem)

I hope we can have a photo session after the post mortem, so PnP , pls take note of it.
