URPC Sponsorship Update.

Hi/Hello,

Its been a long while since there is not update from our dept.
Dr Balbir requested that we do not have to do booth session for the sponsors. 
However, Kok Liang and me managed to get the MP approved and it is attached in this mail.
So, this is what we have to do now,
1. The girls will have to go Taman Maju and Bandar Sri Iskandar to approach at least 3 shops or supermartkets. 
    U can request the help from the boys to do this. FYI, they are 3 supermarkets in Taman Maju.
2. The boys will have to  approach all the minimarts in UTP (got bicycle only right?) but not including the cafes as they already approached by the welfare depts

Just go and approach them, wheter they want to sponsor or not, it depends on them. Do not forget to bring the MP. We will claim the papers needed for the MP later. i got any problem, just contact us.

please update on ur finding. btw, there is no specific shops or cafes assigned to all of you, 
so you are free to approach any shops or cafes that you like.

Anyone of you who are free on Wednesday and would like to approach the shop outside can inform me. We can go out together to find sponsors.

What's the shop name? and Is it that we will be putting their logo etc into blogspot ?

Here is my update.
Al Quds Cafe and Chop + grill corner are still pending on our proposal. 
The cafe beside Chop and grill corner (once operated in USM) rejects to sponsor.

The drinking corner agrees to sponsor us drinking waters. 
They need the numbers of people who are involved in this conference. 
In return, they ask for an appreciation certificate with their shop name - JFV Enterprise @ V5 Water World on it. is it ok??

thats good already, but we have to consider to take  the drinks and food because the event is held during ramadan, the fasting season.
