Finally we managed to get the proposal approved after few times being rejected.
--
The sponsorship dept for URPC is expected to get sponsorships in terms of
merchandise to avoid monetary issue regarding the flow of money.
The comities are currently approaching locals shops and cafes to search for sponsorships.
Attached is the MP for those who want to use it as reference.
