Dear all, 

sorry for my absence in the last meeting and since I was away from UTP for the previous 2 weeks.

So, thanks to kok liang for managing this dept when i was away from UTP. Thanks to all of you due 

to your cooperation even though we were facing, and still facing some difficulties in serving for this event.

well, i got an announcement for all of you, which was given by our PD:

Dear all,  we are going to have a booth session during MMK (14th-16th Jun) so guys, i need your help to set up the booth as usual secretary: pls come out with a new time table by this sun log: try to get the panel from REO pnp: photostat pamphlet and registration form if there is not enough to all department: pls ask committee to send in their time table by 2morow.

please take note of the one that is being highlighted. i guess you know what to do, and please be fast.
