last week kok liang and me did attend the board meeting and these are the list of things that we 

should look for:

1. A4 papers

2. pen, preferable gel ink pen

3. Certificates paper

4. hampers

for the male, please approach v4 minimarket as they are a regular sponsor of UTP's events.

        Since we already know our purpose of finding sponsors and have marketing proposal approved, our job gets easier than before. After discussing between Alister and I, we have come out with a plan for you all.

Ho Ching and Magdelene - V3 and V4 Cafe, (total up of 4 cafe) and also some of company outside. 

Michelle - V5 cafe - there are around 4 cafe and 1 selling drinks.

Kim Jie, Seh Hui and Lucas - V6, V1, USM, V2 and Pocket D cafe. I am not sure how you have distribute job for the minimarket, so you 3 just distribute or work together to approach the cafe assigned to you. the Total cafe assigned to you 3 is 6. Keep on follow up with the minimarket too. 

          This is the current job distribution for you all. Good Job for getting hampers and paper sponsors. Michelle, if you need help, just inform me or alister. Whenever u are free, inform us and we can go approach together. Same goes to others too. if need help or gt any enquires, just inform us. 

For all cafes,  We mainly would take cash sponsors from them if possible. This is because August is fasting month, and no food will be served during the event. If gt any sponsors in terms of food, just mineral waters should be still ok. We can decide later on how to deal with it. 

         Any updates just write in gg.

Noted,V5 shop is willing to sponsor a hamper too which consists of several food and provision inside,(but the value is not sure),the boss said we may collect the things from them during 6 Ogos,I will do that=)

Just keep in touch with them. We only get the hampers from them during 6 Ogos is it? And just make sure they still remember what they promised. 

Do they require any promotion for them? As it does not really fit in the sponsor package.

Update for Co-Petrol:
The representative said she needs to submit the proposal to their HQ for "evaluation and approval" , they shall reply us by next week. We'll keep get in touch with them.

For V1,V2 cafeteria and D3 Paprika,
due to time constraint we haven't got in touch with them yet. We plan to contact them by week 8 , i.e. after mid-semester break.

One of the most fundamental part task in doing sponsorship is the follow up.

so, please update with the latest follow-up. Kok Liang and me are waiting for update.

any problem, just ask either me or kok liang.

P/s: please take ur time but do the follow up frequently.   

may be we'll be having our meeting before the dateline for the MP which is on the 15th of July.

regarding the water bottle sponsorship i need to ask our project director because its too awkward to give cert to only one sponsor.

after all, we did nt put cert of appreciation in the MP.

Dear Ho Ching, 

currently 20+participants have submitted their papers. So, currently only around 25-30 participants are confirmed to join, rather than 40+ who registered last time.

Dear Michelle, 

then, for the certificates of appreciation for the sponsors, we do not promise them in MP. 

However, we are willing to give them as long as they sponsor something worth to be acknowleged, in other words, ask them to sponsor more. confirm how much they sponsor first,..
