volvulus after sacrocolpopexy

has anyone ever had this or heard of this???

my pt had a volvulus of the ascending colon 3.5 months after lasc and had to have an emergent ex lap & hemicolectomy. i did a lit search and found nothing. you guys have any info for me???

I had one - my pt has MS and she came back in 3 days postop. It happened prob due to retraction during the case - we had problems with insufflation.  Do you want to combine cases for a case report? We were planning on submitting but it has been on the back burner...
