general MOC clarification

hi guys! quick question....

my understanding based on the letter we got from ABOG and also looking at their website is that we do NOT need to do general MOC this year. is that your interpretation as well? if that is the case, i am super psyched! since i have been procrastinating and have not yet read a single article....

what do you all think?
