Outputcahce NOT WORKING with IIS7.5 and pipeline set to Integrated

hi,
I am using outputcache on an aspx page with varybyparam and all is working ok with the urlrewriting only on Classic mode Pipeline on the IIS7.5 application.
But it cannot rewrite .xml files.
When using Integrated mode on pipeline with same app, the .xml rewriting works and everythings works BUT outputcache NOT WORKING.
Can anyone assist me please?
