License changed to BSD and code repository changed to Subversion

Hi,

Two major changes today:

- License changing to BSD (from GPL), this should allow wider adoption
of UrlRewriteFilter. (this is effective as of 3.0.4 which will be
released soon)

- Project hosting moved from java.net to http://code.google.com/p/urlrewritefilter/

Over the next few days urlrewrite.java.net and tuckey.org will be
changed to mention this.
