I ran urltree1.py a second time after renaming my .paj file. I
got the urltree.paj file a second time.

fantastic, that means it is working fine!
to open the file you will need Pajek http://vlado.fmf.uni-lj.si/pub/networks/pajek/
and you can now create your own .py files using the urlnet library! :)
