How to stop checking new version

I use my pc inside of the INTRAnet. thus I have to use proxy-server.
Starting URL2JPEG, it checks new version of it but gets error 'Not
Found'.
I can't pass through the message.
What am I going to do?

Hi,
Version cheking is done with DNS, after a DNS change the data was
corrupted. It has been fixe and should work again in 1 hour.
