Command line info

Has there been a change? When I enter the command line info, I get the
script that when run looks like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
- <scripts xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<scriptList />
</scripts>

What am I doing wrong?

I love this program, especially for the customization, but url2bmp
worked without any issues. I do not want to have to use the older
program if I can help it.

Do you use the correct command line parameters?
They are different from url2bmp.
