Have a look at the poster we're planning to put up in hostels!! I have attached it with this email. Suggest any changes. There'll also b another poster that'll appear near the switches which i'll share soon!!

I am sorry to bug you guys, but can u please tell me what all is going
on with Urja these days????...I met Mr. Kris Ramachandran in one the
company meetings and told him that the next time he visits campus, the
urjs team can interact with him and ask him to speak about urja in one
of his talks......he was ok with it...i hope u people can find out
when he is visitng the campus and have a word with him.....

TERI n BITS are going to have a collaboration pretty soon!! We're going to conduct a full fledged energy audit of electricity, gas, diesel,etc on campus pretty soon. AIESEC had approached us with the idea of getting interns for the same. So they'd presented us with IIT Kharagpur's energy audit which they'd carried out for them. Here EWB has already done the electricity audit partially and we're thinking of collaborating together to conduct the same. MKD sir is supporting us with this thoroughly n Mr.Jairam, who takes care of the campus energy consumption n stuff (n also has the experience of conducting energy audit in 3 popular hotels) is also helping us get the necessary data. We jus met MKD sir and EWB guys day yesterday and we are positive about working together on the same!
We're also conducting a campus wide survey to get hostel data from the students n to get fellow BITSIANS to be aware of the energy scenario on campus!!

They've already recorded the reading from hostel meters and from the power stations(pcc's). They've also prepared a report which does the necessary interpolation to find out how much energy is being consumed by specific units. They're working on obtaining a UNFCC certificate for the campus (which is a standard for energy efficiency). I had shared the IIT Kharagpur energy audit in one of my previous mails to u n if u haven't gone thru it, i request you all to do so asap.
