I hope you are keeping track of the meter readings of the respective hostels assigned to you. If someone else is, please assist him/her in taking the readings.
Take the readings twice a day with a 12 hr gap in between. Please don't cook up readings. Be punctual. Try to maintain the timings properly. It's a few seconds' job. Let's work on this energy audit with dedication!!

As planned, Phase 1 of Audit commences tomorrow....
For those of you who don't know, Audit would be done for 3 weeks
Week1- Daily Minimum 2 Readings, Preferably try and have approximately equal time duration between these 2 readings
Week2- Daily Minimum 1 Reading
Week3- Alternate Days
A template is attached to this mail, which gives a 3 week schedule that we plan to follow ( you may use this for reference)
Each one of you would be entrusted with a responsibility of auditing either an hostel, mess, vgh,sac etc. Details regarding your allocation would be mailed to you shortly and individually. For this, we have created online templates where all you would need to do is just update the readings of the entity(energy consuming unit) you would be auditing.
All you need to do is follow these steps:
1. Go to the link mailed
2. Edit---> Add row ( This would open a dialog box)
3. Enter the Date and Time in Proper Format (MM/DD/YY 00:00 AM/PM)
4. And update the periodic readings for only the first row which bears the name of the entity.
Please, do not fiddle with the readings as each piece of data is valuable...
