Questionnaire:
Only 161 responses have been recorded so far as far as the questionnaire goes. Having a few/minimal responses will defeat the purpose of the questionnaire, as the general trends won't be captured. I want all of you to work actively on publicizing this questionnaire and inviting/convincing maximum number of people you can to fill up this questionnaire. This questionnaire is important in deciding several things and I want you all to do everything possible to get as many(genuine) responses as possible for this questionnaire.

Atricles for Sizzling Sands:
BITSAM team has started collecting articles for our annual  magazine sizzling sands. Since one of our prime motives is to change people's attitude towards saving energy, our contribution to this magazine will do a lot to get the message across. Those of you who are good at writing can write a nice article(/poem) that attacks people's conscience and brings the reality to the forefront and then convey the message intended!
Those who are good at drawing/painting can also draw something based on the theme of saving energy/ energy crisis/ innovations in renewable energy or anything else which you think is coherent with the idea!

P.S.
Be there for the meeting toni8 @10pm in front of the library!

Hi Vignesh,
Just a reminder about the few of the ideas we disussed.
  • We can organize a movie making competition and also ask the tutors at the Adobe CS 5 tutorial class to give an assignment asking the participants to make some kind of short films or posters related to Green ideas or advocacy.
  • Software to automatically shut down PCs in classrooms and CC (when the are not used for more than 15-20 min)
  • Posters using rage comics
  • Short movies or documentaries to be shown between movie screenings or as an event by itself
