Hey everybody!
I wanted to firstly say that I hope everybody's finals are going well, and
good luck on those that remain.
I am currently recruiting for a project to take place over the summer. I
have been writing and researching for a local fisheries newspaper, and am
seeking like minded individuals to collaborate with on another project.
We are seeking:
-writers/editors
-field canvassers
-& more!
We seek to communicate and understand the effects that many current
regulations have on the fisheries, and how these changing regulations will
affect them in the future. This is a rather interdisciplinary study,
requiring strong writing & communication skills, as well as a base
knowledge of or intellectual curiosity for: marine biology, marine law &
policy, fisheries biology/management.
We will construct editorials and summaries based on official NOAA & New
England Fisheries Management Council documents, and submit these articles
for official review.
Hours are very flexible, and pay is competitive. Please contact me (Evan
Connolly) if this had peaked your interest at all!
