Hello SASers!!! I hope all of you are having a great spring break! Sorry about the late minutes! Here's what we discussed last meeting:

For those of you who weren't there, we delved a little further into earth day preparations.

We need to set a date for Earth Day ASAP. Right now we are between Wednesday April 17th and Thursday the 18th. Wednesday seems to be the best choice due to most of our availability but we will wait and see.
We came up with a great list of possible vendors and earth day activities. Our next meeting will involve sending out the first round of emails to all of the clubs and organizations that could be interested in being involved with Earth Day.

Besides Earth Day we also discussed continuing our campus clean-up program, hosting a movie night (showing a documentary), and how to display the Lexicon posters.
