The choker is currently owned by Kagami Tsurugi, who uses it to transform into Ryuko. It was previously stored in the Chinese Miracle Box and only lent out to her when the situation required it. In "Strikeback", it was stolen by Flix Fathom, who traded it to Gabriel Agreste in exchange for the Peacock Miraculous.
In "Destruction", Gabriel used a laser machine to melt down the Miraculous into a pile of dust, and then reforged it into a special Alliance ring for transferring Longg's power of Perfection to any Akumatized villain who wore a regular Alliance ring.

In "Re-creation", after Marinette Dupain-Cheng manages to recover all of the Miraculous that were previously stolen, she restores the Dragon Miraculous back to its original form and she gives it back to Kagami permanently.
In general, the Dragon Miraculous is a choker with a crystal bead. In charged mode, when Longg inhabits it, is a black choker that has a sangria black bead-like pendant with a red center and five red vertical lines on the front on it. If a minor is using the miraculous, the choker starts running out of power, they make a beeping sound, and the vertical lines start disappearing (one part is equivalent to one minute) Kagami (or another Dragon Miraculous holder) has left.
The Dragon Miraculous has the ability to transform its wielder into a dragon-themed superhero, granting its wielder incredible superhuman powers of strength, speed, agility, endurance, and stamina. It also makes the user nearly invulnerable.
Its special weapon is an unbreakable red sword with a black leather handle. It has a circle that separates the blade from the handle. In it are three teardrop shapes colored light gray, blue, and yellow. There are two gold spikes protruding from the circle heading upwards. This can also be utilized as both a weapon, a communicator, and an object that can be used to breathe underwater. Its special superpower, the Dragon Miraculous Superpower gives the user the ability to transform into one of three elements: water, wind, or lightning. It also gives the user the ability to create/manipulate one of these elements as seen by Dragon Bug in Miracle Queen when she created a water sphere around her and changed its size. As long as the superpower isn't used by a minor, the wielder can remain transformed indefinitely. However, as soon as once all three elemental transformations are used, the wielder loses power, and the transformation wears off in about approximately five minutes. The beaded choker also has the ability to give the wielder the costume they truly desire.

Sorceresses and warlocks of different traditions aid and imperil the Dragon Queen Daenerys on her quest to reclaim the throne, but ultimately her own miraculous powers to control dragons surpasses all. The reappearance of her dragons brings about the revival of magic in the world.

Jake: Jake is roughly about a head taller then Marinette is with a light tan skin and a dark hazelnut colored hair. His eyes are a beautiful sapphire blue that are the same colors and Marinette's eyes. As for his appearance Jake is often scene with a red t shirt along with a black long sleeved jacket that resembles the colors of Ladybug a little. He also wears blue jeans as well that are quite flexible with a set of black shoes that have a smooth bottom to allow him to slide across the ground. But his most notorious aspect is his locket that plays a musical tone that Marinette gave to him promising him that they would be together again befor he left Paris. His miraculous is a dark green ring that resembles a cobra with its hood spread.
Phantom: When akumatized from such a heart breaking realization, Jake turns into The Phantom who apears far more menising in his new form. As the Phantom he is dressed in a black cloak with his hood always up that is shrouded in shadow with a pair of black gloves that he always wears. But the most iconic aspect of his outfit is his white mask that covers his whole face ecsept for his eyes wich reflect how broken he has become because of him thinking Marinette betraying him.
King Cobra: When in his miraculous form Jake takes on the appearance of his cobra themed super hero costume. The overall color scheme of his costume is dark olive in color with a scaly texture to it. His gloves and his boots are also the same color as well but with black detail to it to add more to the appearance. He also has an olive green belt tied around his waist to add what resembles a tail to his appearance. His mask is also olive green but with more black detail to it to add more of a snake look to it. Another cool aspect of his costume has to be his cobra hood that runs down from his head to his back to resemble a cobras hood that he can open. But the most notorious aspect of his miraculous form is the fact his miraculous is the only one that not only alters his outfit but even his physical appearance. It gives him a set of snake fangs, a forked tongue, and even snake like eyes to add to his snake like appearance.
Hydra: When Jake finally learns to let go of Marinette his miraculous ends up revealing its true form to him which even alters its appearance. His outfit ends up going purple in color with black books with spines on it appearing more hydra like style of boots. As for his gloves they are black in color but on the back of the hand is two red eye symbols that make his hand resemble one of the many heads of a hydra. The back of his costume has spines that go down his back which ends in a tail that resembles a hydra serpent body. As for his mask it is purple with black spikes to it and what really makes it stand out is the fact that his eyes change color from his usual color to red to match the color of the eyes on his gloves.
Jake: Before akumatized, Jake was a very laid back, fun loving, and goofy kind of guy who always enjoyed a good party. Always being the one to end a stressful situation Jake is shown to be quite brilliant and is able to find ways to help others out in times of need. But he is show to be a little bit sensitive at times especially with feelings of his own which makes him highly vulnerable to getting his feelings hurt since he is so gentle and caring for others.
Phantom: When Jake found out about Marinette and Adrian being a couple, his whold world was shattered and Hawkmoth turned him into the Phantom because of it. The Phantom is a living manifestation of Jakes pain and as such his personality matches. he is far more angry and hurt from feeling so betrayed by the one women he loved. As such he appears far more heartless to others now showing no scrap of sympithy for anyone he harms and even worse he is extreamly vengeful longing for his revenge against Adrian for takeing the one thing he loved away from him.
King Cobra: After being freed from being akumitized, Jake ended up receiving a miraculous shaped as a cobra ring that appears on his left ring finger. When he activated the power of the Miraculous he turns into the newest hero of Paris, King Cobra. But even if he is a great hero of Paris to many, he at times dose use his powers for slightly selfish reasons but never for anything evil or mean. However there is one aspect about him that makes him questionable about being a hero, and that is his hatred for Cat Noir (Adrian). Now that he knows who Cat Noir really is he shows to have a massive hatred for him and at times even dose strike at him if he gets to close. While rough around the edges he is shown to fight till the end for the city of Paris.
