However I'm not sure if we want to link stuff that doesn't autoupdate from the repo, but requires human intervention to update. weitjong, what do you say?
At least you're certainly welcome to host it somewhere and put a link in the Urho3D repo wiki. It should be open for all github accounts to edit without going through pull requests.

I agree with Lasse. I think it would be better to have the link in the wiki first with proper date/time stamp and we see how it goes from there.
Just for fun, I use Google Translate to translate our site:
I can say some of the translated Chinese sentences sound funny and erroneous. Not sure how it fares with Russian translation (especially on the Raspberry Pi part where we mention Pidora OS :-).

I think what is good idea to add /ru ubfolder to http://urho3d.github.io/documentation where I can translate manual. I think what need to translate dox files.

That could work as well if you are willing to become a permanent translator for those non auto-generated dox files. I think that is the whole point. The translation is not a one off task as the documentation is kept being updated as and when it needs to.

If I translate dox files, can you add subfolder to site for Russian documentation?

Yes if you will continue to update them (in a timely manner) whenever something changes in the original dox files, so that the ru subfolder will not contain mismatching or out-of-date documentation.
If on the other hand you don't want that responsibility, then the wiki link is better idea.
