New dark Editor style

I've been working on enhancing the Editor's style, trying to make it easier on the eyes and enhance readability.
What do you think of the progress?

It was pretty much a no-brainer to apply this, considering how much more professional it makes the editor look like. I preserved the original UI style as OldUI.png & OldStyle.xml.

Nice Work!  It's amazing how well the ui breaths even though it has almost no padding/margins.  

I would be curious to see if anyone has any problems on displays that blow out the contrast too much.  It may be more accommodating to push dark greys a little lighter.  It isn't a problem on my array of fancy screens though.

It looks great on my Dell 2408! However, I have a little hard time to distinguish the boundary of the text selection and to distinguish selected drop down item. The vertical scrollbar width seems wider than before and it needs to be. The PanelView/Panel is a nice touch tough. I have wanted to make the Attribute Inspector to look like that too (single vertical scrollbar with perhaps collapsible/expandable panels), but I have left it unfinished for too long :)

BTW, while testing the editor I realize there is a regression issue with horiz/vert scrollbar event handling. The scrollbar used to be able to fire page event repeatedly when the "empty area" is being LMB continuously. Now it just generates a single page.
