The following animals are only available to approved, licensed rescues. They are NOT available for adoption through our shelter and are in NO WAY to be posted to Craigslist. If they are posted to Facebook, please retract any and all mention of the shelter where the animal is located. This is for the safety of the animals as well as shelter staff.
These two came in as a pair because their owner were moving and we would LOVE if they could leave together!
Coco is a four year old Cocker Spaniel. She weighs 17lbs and is heartworm negative. Her buddy is Little Bit, a four year old Chihuahua. She weighs 8lbs and is heartworm positive. Coco is currently "available" for adoption at our shelter. Her only issue is a flea infestation that should be dead in a few days thanks to the power of veterinary medicine. Little Bit, however will absolutely have to have rescue to make it out of here due to her heartworms! They love eachother very much so we want to give them the opportunity to go to rescue as a pair if possible. They are both just fine with other, strange, dogs and love every person that they meet. Please help these two!!! If a group only has space for Little Bit WE WILL SPLIT THEM UP! Our first priority is both dogs living through this. Must have rescue commit by 6/17!
