Position: : Network Security Analyst 2 – RSA Archer Specialist

Location: Austin, TX - Onsite

Duration: 4 Months

Client: Texas Health and Human Services Commission- 529601604R

 

Main Role

Looking for an experienced RSA Archer Administrator/Developer to support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain RSA Archer applications
• Build workflows, forms, questionnaires, and approvals
• Support risk, compliance, audit, and issue management processes
• Integrate Archer with systems like ServiceNow using REST APIs
• Customize Archer using JavaScript/jQuery
• Gather business requirements and create technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimize Archer applications

Required Skills

• Strong RSA Archer administration/development experience
• REST API and system integration experience
• JavaScript/jQuery skills
• Knowledge of GRC, security compliance, and risk management

Mandatory Certification

Must have either:

• Archer Certified Professional (ACP)

OR

• Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification

Preferred

• Government or enterprise GRC experience
• Knowledge of NIST / ISO 27001 frameworks
• Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow
