urchin error while processing logs

Hi, I am using urchin 6.6001 on windows 2000. I have been trying
complete a huge log analysis, but for one profile it gives in the
status column "error" (urchin admin control panel). When i click on
error link (status column), it does not have any warning messages or
error messages. If i know the reason for error, at least i can try to
fix it. It is really frustrating when doing trial and error when we
don't know what is the cause of error. Where else can i find reason
for error?

First off, I would upgrade to 6.6.02. Second, have you tried accessing
the error through the Task History as opposed to the "error" shown on
the home screen? How big and how may log files are you trying to
process at once?

I just upgraded it to 6.6.02 after going through the log processing
erroring out with any *^&% error messages. This is really
frustratiing. After upgrading it is still doing the same shit. Pissed
with this urchin.
