urching log ftop not working

We are using urching 6.

Under "Urching Profiles" --> "Log Manager", we have created several log sources to get the logs using FTP from a remote site.

We got our last log files on Dec 16th and after that all log sources are unable to fetch the files from any ftp site. It almost like Urchin's ftp setup is broken.

Server Protocol: FTP
Server Port :21
Server name: xxxxxx
username: xxxxx
password:xxxxxx
FTP Mode: active
Remote Log Source file: xxxx-access.log.*
Log destination: /usr/local/urchin/data/logs/xxxx/

I have the Profile Task Scheduler to run the profile. I can ftp from urchin linux server to the ftp sites successfully. Any thoughts why ALL profiles are unable to ftp and fetch log files?
